About Michael
Michael Eckenreiter is an actor, director, musician, stage manager, and sound designer based out of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
He graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts with a minor in Musical Theatre Performance. During his time at BSU, Michael was involved in numerous productions on and off stage. In 2018, Michael had the opportunity to serve as an assistant director at The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in Washington D.C for newly devised works as part of their directive intensive program. Since then he has found a new found love for stage managing as with his first production being ONWARD: Votes for Women, a documentary play created by Lisa Rafferty and commissioned by the Associates of the Boston Public Library.
In his free time he enjoys running, hiking, video games, watching TV, and the Boston Red Sox.
Michael will be serving as the production stage manager for the world premiere of Carrie Goes to Horror High at Bridgewater State University. Tickets and info can be found here
